“They will be out when they are hot and ready!”

A rush of complaints flooded Sony’s public relations team as a photo leaked last night, revealing that all the upcoming PlayStation 5s are all being made by one large toaster oven. Though infuriating, this comes as no surprise to the gaming community, who by and large have struggled to find the new system anywhere in stock. “It’s like, ridiculous.” complained PlayStation fan Michaela Montgomery, who we found scavenging knee-deep in a dumpster behind a GameStop. “I was so excited to get it, but I can’t find it anywhere! And now that I know they only have one machine making them, It could be years before I get a PS5” Michaela then continued to dig in the dumpster, which only consisted of unsold Dragon Ball Z Funko Pops.

Current CEO of PlayStation Jim Ryan commented on the controversy. “I assure everyone that there will be enough PlayStation 5s for everyone very soon! That being said, we are focusing on quality rather than quantity. Our top-of-the-line toaster assembly oven is designed to make each PlayStation as if it were your grandma making a batch of homemade cookies. Give it time to cook, let the love bake in. They will be out when they are hot and ready. And besides, we know you will buy it no matter what anyway. You hopeless suckers”.
